FL Mold Pros helps Florida property owners find licensed mold assessors and mold remediators by county and city, and check the license themselves with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
Where our listings come from
Our 4,018 listings are built from DBPR's public mold-related services licensee file (October 2026). We include mold assessor (MRSA) and mold remediator (MRSR) licenses that were current, active and unexpired, with a Florida county and address on the record. That gives 2,916 listings with an assessor license and 2,813 with a remediator license; 1,711 people hold both. Licensees with out-of-state addresses aren't included because our pages are organized by Florida county and city. Course and provider records are skipped.
Florida mold licenses are issued to individuals, so most listings are under the licensee's own name. We combine a person's licenses into one listing per city, and show a business name only when the DBPR record includes one or the licensee adds it after claiming the listing. Listings cover 58 counties.
What we show, and what we don't
We show the person's name, any business name, license type and number, original license date, expiration date, city and county. The DBPR file also includes mailing addresses, which for many individual licensees are home addresses. We never publish street addresses, ZIP codes, phone numbers or emails from it. We don't publish ratings, reviews or claims we can't verify.
Licenses can be renewed, suspended or changed at any time, so please verify on the DBPR license lookup before you hire. See how to verify a Florida mold license.
How we make money
Basic listings are free. Licensees can pay for featured placement, which is always labeled "Featured." We may also be paid when we connect property owners with licensees through quote requests. Payments don't affect who is listed.
Corrections and removal
If your listing is wrong, use the listing form and choose "Correct my listing". If you'd like to be removed from this site, choose "Remove my listing" and include your license number. Your license record stays public on DBPR's own website.
