Frequently asked questions
Who can be listed?
People with a current, active Florida mold assessor (MRSA) or mold remediator (MRSR) license from DBPR and a Florida address on the license record. We check every license with DBPR before publishing changes.
I am already listed. How do I claim my listing?
Use the form below and choose "Claim my existing listing". Include your license number so we can match it to the DBPR record, and tell us the business name and service area you'd like shown.
Why is my home address not shown?
We never publish street addresses, ZIP codes, phone numbers or emails from the DBPR file, because for many individual licensees that is a home address. Free listings show your name, any business name you add, license type and number, license dates, city and county.
Can I have my listing removed?
Yes. Choose "Remove my listing" in the form below and include your license number. We will take it off the site after we confirm the request. License records stay public on DBPR's own website.
What does a Featured listing cost?
$49/month per county. Featured placement pins your card to the top of that county's page and its city pages, and makes you eligible for the home page featured slot. Basic listings stay free.
Does paying change who is listed?
No. Every licensee who meets our criteria gets a free listing. Paid placement is always labeled "Featured". See how listings are chosen.
Can I cancel a Featured listing?
Yes, you can cancel anytime.
